We loved staff and facilities of the hotel.

We really enjoyed every detail about our great 2 nights stay here. Everything was brand-new, even so a few employees were terrible. Our guest room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe was new-fashioned.

The venue overall was a little expensive, however it had perfect staff and rooms.

It had too hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Came in Orlando to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was nice place for doing it. The room I booked was cleaned and available with a great view.

Had a such wonderful stay and would go back in flash. Every detail was perfect, really enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide array of good food.

The staff were understanding and courteous. We greatly enjoyed the vegetarian cuisine in the restaurant. It met every demand, had a such great stay at our 4 pm check-in time.

Location: the hotel was near near by attractions, the waterpark and all the parks. Also, we could easily reach Lake Austin.

It was an absolutely amazing stay for a decent vacation, 100% recommend this hotel.

Overall it's incredibly beautiful hotel, decent value, and the facilities are brand-new. Healthy and appetising meals.

The hotel was a super base for enjoying a good area, next to Disney parks and other Orlando points of interest, restaurants, other outside Attractions. I truly enjoyed the room with a view, my bed was comfortable. The room had a very modern design.

Everything was exceptional and I had a relaxing time. Fantastic hotel in a perfect setting in Orlando. Huge, non-smoking room with essentials. Always incredibly hospitable, the staff were happy to help.

Spacious beds, decent location, tidy. Excellant facilities and the pool was clean. Moreover, we parked our car on-site. Location very close to a water park, Disney parks and restaurants. Again, the hotel was near austin lake.

it was reasonable base for traveling to orlando, i was glad to stay there. a huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

Respectful staff, provided nice service and were happy to help. Gorgeous, perfect room with a nice view and a balcony and laundry. Meals were healthy and reasonably priced. It was good to have cold drinks in the pool bar.

A wonderful hotel with a great restaurant and amazing food. West Kissimmee district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting. The beach is nice and the views are perfect🙂❤

We loved an absolutely perfect location, huge rooms and welcoming staff. And it also had absolutely beautiful view. There was a lot variety of amazing meals. Having different hot drinks in the pool bar was a very nice touch.

Nice size rooms and so helpful staff, I appreciated absolutely great location too. The restaurant was brand new and served cold food. Hotel was fairly clean. The EXCEPTIONAL service and the attention to detail were stand outs!

Simply amazing hotel, we had an updated room with an almost perfect view. Climate control, cable channels and a coffeemaker in the room and the super comfy bed. The staff, including breakfast staff was super friendly. So delicious food selection. Perfectly comfortable position, in the amazing area.

Spend our time here greatly. They have on-site restaurant called Longboard Bar and Grill. Our room had a sunny balcony. Lovely pool too.

The hotel of choice in Orlando. Comfortable bed, spotless room, excellent staff. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The pool is incredibly well maintained too. Visited their restaurant Longboard Bar and Grill couple of times.

Appreciated the views and staff, they were superb. The hotel has suite. On-site restaurant Longboard Bar and Grill was a bonus, had dinner there.
